I got a Samsung Blue ray player BD-C6900 along with an expensive 3D Samsung TV two months ago and it has worked only one, after spending an hour with a technician who was on phone with me when it worked, didn't, didn't, worked, didn't, didn't, then worked--for that night only. Since then the machine has never worked, required countless phone calls. Was told get a flashdrive, install Firmware, should work. The hell with that! Sat around a few days, decided to call and ask, why id it work first time, but not since? Try your connections, your HDMI connector is bad (it isn't), you can download the firmware. Tried an online search, couldn't find anything about "firmware". Called again, told, oh you don't need the firmware, unplug it, blabla, and--holding the phone under my chin, got disconnected. Called back, oh you need a flash drive and the firmware.by the time you get back, she said, you will have the program in your email inbox. Determined to take care of this, ran out in HOUSESHOES, the only flashdrive I could find at this hour was a $30 flashdrive. Got home, called, oh no, can't download it, you need disc program. Asked to speak to manager, now going on 17 minutes on hold, I am out $30, no end in sight to this BS, and I am so mad I could scream.
